20 second time outs, and a post on the MTA

I will be taking a 6 week break from Genetics and the Law. The bar exam is coming up in 10 days, followed by 30 days foraging through the jungles of South America. There may be guest posts in the interim, and should major developments come through in the ACLU case, I will be on top of it as best possible.
